is a locally owned and operated property management firm in Orlando,
Florida.
Paul McGarigal, a long-time southwest Orlando resident and real estate
professional started the business with his late wife Karen. They bought
rental properties for investment purposes and they polished their expertise
in property management along the way.
Eventually friends and neighbors asked them to manage their rental properties,
too. DANSCO Realty, named for sons Daniel and Scott, was formed.
DANSCO Realty, now manages over 100 homes for rent in the Dr. Phillips,
Windermere, MetroWest, Winter Garden and Ocoee areas of southwest Orlando.
Our professional property management staff is dedicated to providing
personalized, conscientious service both to landlords and renters.
